Adverbs

Adverbs are words that describe verbs. They also tell us how, where, and when something happens. Underline the adverbs in these sentences.


1- The baby was born prematurely.
2- Nervously, he approached the lion.
3- Peter frequently watches game at the ground.
4- The boats made their way to the quay and anchored alongside.
5- Daniel checks his aquarium daily.
6- He smiled confidently at the officer.
